Cancer Resources

I am in the process of talking with cancer survivors to discover which organizations they found the most helpful. As I get more information, I will revise this list to include those resources that offer help for specific needs. If you would like to suggest a resource that benefited you, please send a comment. I would love to hear from you.

  • Life Extension Foundation – a global authority on nutrition, health and wellness as well as a provider of scientific information on anti-aging supplements and therapies. They also develop and supply high quality nutritional supplements, which is how they are able to afford the research they do. Use the search bar to find out specific research on your topic.

Nutritional Therapies

  •  Budwig Diet Center – The Budwig Center provides training courses in the use of the Budwig Diet which helps to combat Cancer and other serious illnesses. You can download a free copy of our Budwig Diet Guide from our site which includes recipes.
  • The Gerson Institute – The Gerson Institute is a non-profit organization located in San Diego, California, dedicated to providing education and training in the Gerson Therapy, an alternative, non-toxic treatment for cancer and other chronic degenerative diseases.
  • Dr. Nicholas Gonzalez – Dr. Nicholas Gonzalez and Dr. Linda Isaacs offer nutritional protocols for patients with cancer and other degenerative diseases.  They are best known for the use of enzyme therapy in cancer
  • Hippocrates Health Insitute – Our program provides guests with the tools necessary to take control of their own well-being, to allow the body to maximize its potential and heal itself naturally.
  • Burzynski Clinic – Although not a nutritional therapy, the antineoplasm therapy is worth researching. Dr. Burzynski is a pioneer in cancer research, known worldwide for discovering Antineoplastons, which act as molecular switches to turn off cancer cells without destroying normal cells.
  • Dr. Heinrich Kremer – In 2001, Dr. Kremer published a groundbreaking book called “The Silent Revolution in Cancer and AIDS medicine,” which covers non-toxic AIDS therapy and the fundamental aspects of the disease as an imbalance in mitochondrial symbiosis.
  • Dr. Waltraut Fryda – Although it is commonly assumed that too much adrenaline (epinephrine) leads to cancer, she also finds that the reverse is true. People with cancer possess virtually no adrenaline in their cells. Instead, as Fryda has discovered, the cells of cancer victims are overloaded with insulin and too much sugar. (Much of her work has not been translated into English).
  • Dr Catherine Kousmine – She sought to understand what would cause a tumor to form and invade healthy cells, but not how to destroy a tumor. After many extensive studies on mice, she came to the conclusion that cancer is a need of the organism to ward off a toxic aggression (1). Briefly put, Kousmine believed a tumor, first benign, then malignant, is just a particular form of a defense mechanism of the body. A tumor is not a freak and isolated accident, but a coherent reaction to a state of alarm. Her method focuses on how she believes a cancer can be disengaged from its source and made useless.
  • Dr.Ryke Geerd Hamer – In time, after extensive research of thousands of patients, Dr. Hamer was finally able to conclude that disease is only brought about by a shock for which we are totally unprepared. This last point is very important. If we can in any way be prepared for the shocking event, we will not become ill.
  • Dr. Royal Rife – Frequency approach to illness.

After doing ‘chemo-fit’ they realized he only had a 5% chance of eradicating his cancer. The tests using pill form chemo (much easier to administer), showed 98% chance of eradication. The patient chose pill form, did not lose his hair, and became cancer-free.
