I am currently taking a break from consulting as I heal from some personal issues. I hope that you find the information in this web site helpful and I will let you know here when I am seeing clients again.

Before every visit, I ask that you complete a 5-day Food Journal outlining everything you have eaten in the past 5 days and how your body has reacted – including mood, stomach pain, gas, bowel movements (yes, we will be getting into the nitty-gritty details of your body!).
